Deal Miner Affiliate Program Terms Of Service
Last updated 2 April 2025
1. Joining the programme
By opening a Deal Miner affiliate account and sharing your personal link, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these terms. We may update them at any time by posting in your dashboard or emailing you. Using the programme after a change means you accept the new terms. One account per person or company—shared accounts are not allowed.
2. How tracking works
When someone installs the Deal Miner browser extension through your link, any hotel booking they later make through the special links shown by the extension in the next 365 days counts toward your commission (unless we both agree otherwise in writing).
Tracking relies on a unique ID stored in the user’s browser. Reinstalling the extension or clearing browser data can erase that ID, and we may then be unable to match future bookings from that device to you.
3. Commission and completed stays
You earn 40 % of the net revenue we receive from our hotel partners on each completed stay, unless we’ve agreed to a different rate.
A stay is completed when the guest checks out, our partner confirms the booking, and we have been paid. Cancellations, no‑shows, charge‑backs, disputed bookings or anything we flag as fraudulent do not earn commission.
Second‑level referrals
Introduce another affiliate and you can earn a share of that affiliate’s future payouts. You cannot refer yourself. Contact support through the dashboard to set the percentage and start date.
4. Payments
Payouts are processed monthly. You’ll be paid by one of the payment methods listed in your dashboard (for example bank transfer or Wise).
If your commission balance is below the minimum‑payment figure shown in the dashboard, we’ll roll it to the next month until the threshold is met.
5. Fair use and fraud
We welcome any legal promotion channel—ads, email, social media, blogs, coupon sites—provided you follow platform rules and don’t mislead users. What’s not allowed:
- Creating fake installs or fake traffic.
- Placing bookings with stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
- Encouraging or benefiting from any action intended solely to generate commission without a genuine guest stay.
If we see unusually high charge‑backs, stolen‑card bookings or other red flags linked to your traffic, we can pause payouts while we investigate. If fraud is confirmed, we may close the account and cancel unpaid commissions. These steps protect both you and our hotel partners from liability.
Self‑booking is allowed as long as it isn’t part of a fraud pattern.
6. Suspension, inactivity and termination
If we end your account we will pay any final balance within 60 days, unless fraud or a serious breach caused the closure.
We may close an account that shows no clicks, installs or eligible bookings for 12 straight months.
You can leave the programme at any time by giving notice in the dashboard; we will pay your remaining balance as above.
7. Independent relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Deal Miner. You handle your own taxes.
8. Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything related to this agreement is limited to the smaller of (a) the unpaid balance in your affiliate account at the time of the claim or (b) US $100. We are never liable for lost profits or other indirect damages.
9. Governing law and venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
