These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deal Miner browser extension (“Extension”), operated by JoyZone Games LLC (“JoyZone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing and using the Extension on any supported browser (including but not limited to Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not install or use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Deal Miner Extension, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

   • Any information regarding pricing, services, or other content is provided by these third parties, and JoyZone is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information.

3. • The Extension may link to or display promotions for third-party websites, offers, or services (“Third-Party Services”). JoyZone is not affiliated with these Third-Party Services and does not endorse or assume any responsibility for their content, practices, or service levels.
   • Your interactions with Third-Party Services are solely between you and the respective third party.

3. License and Use

2. • JoyZone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Deal Miner Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2. Restrictions
3. • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension.
   • You agree not to use the Extension in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or that could interfere with or disrupt the Extension, its servers, or networks.
   • You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Extension may alter the visual presentation or functionality of third-party websites within your own browser. You are solely responsible for any consequences of such alterations with respect to those third-party websites.

4. • JoyZone may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time without prior notice, including if you violate these Terms.
   • You may discontinue your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

4. No Guarantees or Endorsements

2. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any prices or offers displayed through the Extension. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice by third-party providers.
2. No Guarantee of Service Level
3. • JoyZone does not guarantee that the Extension, or any Third-Party Services accessible through it, will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
3. No Affiliation
4. • The Extension may display offers or links from various third-party entities, but JoyZone is not affiliated with these entities and does not endorse them.

5. Intellectual Property

2. • The Extension, its content, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to JoyZone Games LLC. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by JoyZone.
2. Trademarks
3. • The Deal Miner name, logo, and other trademarks featured in the Extension are the property of JoyZone or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

6. No Liability for Supported Websites or Page Modifications

1. Embedding or Overlaying UI
2. • The Extension may embed, overlay, or display user interface elements on websites such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, or other supported sites within your browser. By installing and using the Extension, you understand and agree that such modifications occur solely within your personal browsing environment and are user-initiated.
   • JoyZone has no control over and does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for how these third-party websites may respond or function after the Extension is used to modify the displayed content or layout.
2. Waiver of Claims
3. • By using the Extension, you expressly waive any claim against JoyZone arising out of or related to any issues, disputes, or liabilities connected with these third-party websites, including but not limited to user interface conflicts, changes in the site’s layout or features, trademark or copyright claims, and any technical or content discrepancies.
3. Third-Party Responsibility
4. • Any claims, losses, or damages arising from your interaction with these websites—whether related to bookings, purchases, or other activities—are solely between you and the website operator. JoyZone bears no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any such disputes.
4. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
5. • Nothing in these Terms is intended to or shall confer any rights or remedies on any person or entity other than you or JoyZone. Any third party’s use or access to the Extension, or any claim they may have against the Extension’s functionality, does not create any contractual relationship or liability for JoyZone.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

2. • The Extension and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoyZone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.

4. • JoyZone makes no representations or warranties that the Extension will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any information provided by third parties is current, complete, or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

2. • To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall JoyZone Games LLC (including its directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors) be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Extension or reliance on any information provided within it, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
   • In all events, JoyZone’s total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Extension shall not exceed one dollar (USD $1).
2. No Liability for Third Parties
3. • JoyZone is not responsible for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from your interaction with any Third-Party Services or supported websites, including but not limited to offers, products, or services featured or accessed through the Extension.
3. User’s Acknowledgment
4. • You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and JoyZone.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JoyZone Games LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Extension;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Any third-party claim arising from your modification of or interaction with third-party websites through the Extension;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right.

10. Modifications and Updates

2. • JoyZone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. • JoyZone may periodically release updates or modifications to improve performance, enhance security, or add features. These updates may be automatically installed without prior notice.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

2. • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Arbitration
3. • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by a reputable arbitration organization in the United States in accordance with its rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
   • You acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Unless both you and JoyZone otherwise agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyZone Games LLC regarding the Extension and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and JoyZone with respect to the Extension.
